If you would like your order 'Next Day' and you order before 1pm please call us on 0845 1 70 80 20 and let us know you have placed an order.
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail First Class post, single T Shirts are standard First Class (£2.50) and should reach you the next day (although not guaranteed) orders of two t shirts or more are despatched Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Delivery' (£4.50) so please try to ensure that the delivery address you have entered on your order form has somebody in who can sign for your parcel. Larger parcels are sent Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' (£8.50), this service is guaranteed before 12 o'clock midday. You can also request 'Special Delivery' on your order form if you want to guarantee receiving your t-shirts for a specific date. Airmail orders take longer as they are reliant on the local delivery services for that particular country.
As all printing at Sumosam is in-house our administration and printing staff will do their utmost to ensure your order is turned around within 1-3 days, 98% of our orders (received before 1 pm) are despatched 'same day' and we are very proud of our reputation for both excellent and speedy tshirt delivery service.
When you place your order you will see an additional information box, please feel free to enter any information you feel relevant i.e this t-shirt is needed for a birthday on a specific date, we will ensure it is despatched in good time without you having to go to the added expense of paying for 'Special Delivery'.
December is one of our most hectic months and although we try to despatch orders within 1-3 days please don't hold us to it, all orders placed before a given date in December (last posting dates for Christmas) will be printed and despatched by 'Special Delivery' at no extra cost to you, this ensures that all orders are received in time for Christmas.
